Based in Langley, this temporary role focuses on delivering practical HR advice and guidance across various areas.
Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established organisation within the not-for-profit education sector, based in Langley, offering the chance to make a real impact within a people-focused and collaborative environment.
Description Act as lead advisor and primary contact for all colleague employee relations casework across all four sites.
Travel regularly between all four sites as a requisite part of the role.
Advise and support managers through formal and informal grievances hearings, disciplinaries and probation reviews.
Manage all statutory and family-friendly policies, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave procedures.
Maintain and update employee records in line with compliance requirements.
Monitor and record sickness absence trends with the HR Coordinator to ensure quality control across all sites.
Conduct leaver exit interviews, analyse exit data, and present actionable insights to HR leadership to improve staff retention.
Utilize HR software (such as i Trent) to maintain casework logs, extract data, and produce management reports.
