Client Details A company in the transport and distribution industry located in Highbridge. Description The Transport planner will cover the following; Plan and optimise transport routes to meet operational needs. Coordinate schedules and ensure timely deliveries. Monitor transport operations and address any issues that arise. Manage communication with drivers and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations. Analyse data to improve transport efficiency and reduce costs. Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed. Profile A successful Transport Planner should have: Experience in logistics or transport planning. A good understanding of transport regulations and compliance. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for route planning. Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers and teams. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Commutable daily to highbridge.Job Offer Salary between £40,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience. 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
