As a Site Supply Chain Manager in Hull, you'll oversee the procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth production and delivery processes. This position will work closely with a newly promoted Operations Director to drive site efficiencies, introduce best practise and lead a develop a team with high-potential.

Description


The role of Supply Chain Chain Manager will be responsible for:



  • Lead and manage site supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, and logistics.

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production and customer demands.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency.

  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Analyse supply chain data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for the supply chain team.


Profile



  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG industry.

  • A strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.


Job Offer



  • Salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.

  • Performance-based bonus.
