This national Arms Length Body is looking to recruit a Head of People Strategy Delivery for an initial long term fixed term contract. The role will predominately be home based, but will require some travel into the Head Office in London.

Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Resources, the Head of People Strategy Delivery will support in the management and delivery of an ambitious three year People Strategy. Your duties will include:
- Working closely with identified delivery partners and other Heads of Service to progress agreed strategies.
- Writing and amending policies and procedures and producing standard operating procedures as required.
- Collecting data to allow the measurement of success for each strand to be reported on, including staff surveys.
- Supporting ongoing transition of the outsourced HR service, including leading on contract management of the outsourced HR SLA – developing KPIs and supporting SLA meetings.
Profile
The successful Head of People Strategy Delivery will be available at short notice and have a background in successfully managing change, budget, and financial management from an HR perspective.
Experience of workforce planning, managing employee relations, policy writing, and managing staff is essential, along with a CIPD or degree level qualification in HR Management.
A previous background in contract or Service Level Agreement management is desirable.
This position will offer extensive home working, but you will be required to attend the office for meetings and planning as needed.
Job Offer
A pro rata salary of 50,000 – 70,200 dependent on previous experience, plus an excellent benefits package and extensive home working.
