The Head of Brand and Marketing leads strategy to drive awareness, demand and growth across LSE's lifelong learning portfolio, overseeing brand, campaigns and digital channels. They work with the Director of Commercial & Growth to strengthen global positioning, lead a brand review and launch a new website, while building a high-performing, results-driven team.

Responsibilities- Set annual strategy aligned to revenue goals
- Drive lead generation, pipeline and conversion (B2C/B2B)
- Use market insight and research to guide decisions
- Manage budget, performance and ROI improvement
- Lead market intelligence on trends and competitors
- Lead brand identity and ensure consistency
- Oversee communications and content strategy
- Support brand review and digital transformation
- Lead website redevelopment and digital presence
- Align with central LSE communications
- Lead digital strategy across all channels

- Experience managing brand identity and multi-product marketing
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting ROI
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience delivering major website/digital transformation projects
- Experience managing external agencies across marketing disciplines
