Description
- Plan and execute the company\βs brand, marketing and data strategy, for new and existing products and services
- Plan a rolling three-year marketing plan and present to senior management
- Participate in senior management meetings and contribute towards strategic decision making
- Maximize subscription and ticket revenues and visitor numbers for all events coordinating with exhibitions team and editorial team on content and engagement
- Set and manage an annual marketing budget
- Manage internal marketing, digital and data team, right-size department (currently 11) and allocate duties for optimum performance
- Manage external agencies providing PR, media, exhibition and design services
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns
- Manage and control the company\βs websites and social media channels
- Maximize the use of data in driving strategy and communicating with customers
- Review and react to changes in market, trends, competitors and adapt marketing activities accordingly
- Identify new business opportunities
- Ensure marketing materials are consistent with the brands and strategy, accessible centrally and appropriately circulated
Profile
- Bachelor\βs degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Experience in B2B digital marketing
- Experience managing a team and reporting to senior management
- Experience in the Events and/or publications industry
Job Offer
