Interim Head of HR - 12 month contract for an East Midlands based business.

The client is a well-known brand in the industrial/manufacturing space in the East Midlands.

As Head of HR you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering people strategy for Business Unit
  • Supporting managers across multiple sites with engagement, performance, and development
  • Leading and supporting the HR team, helping them grow and thrive
  • Taking the lead on employee relations and building good relationships across the business
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and compliance
  • Using HR data to support decision-making
  • Supporting change projects such as restructures, integrations and process improvements
  • Managing reward, benefits and recognition programmes

The successful candidate will be:

  • Available immediately or with short notice
  • Commutable to Nottingham c. 4 days per week
  • Strong HR leadership experience, ideally in operational or industrial type environments
  • Confident supporting and influencing managers
  • CIPD L7 or similar
