- Lead and develop the group finance team
- Drive continuous improvements in all aspects of Group Finance through developments in governance and more transparent, controlled reporting processes
- Review and enhance group controls
- Lead on technical accounting treatment and analysis
- Develop and enhance Group financial consolidation processes
- Act as a key advisor on developing the financial systems strategy
- Involved in delivery of internal and external financial reporting
- Involvement with group FP&A including budgeting and forecasting
- Lead ad hoc financial reporting projects across the Group
Profile
- Strong expertise in technical accounting and financial reporting
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA)
- Ability to manage complex financial projects effectively
- Trained with a large firm
