The predicted salary is between 57000 - 95000 £ per year.

Leads a team responsible for the implementation and maintenance of formal governance frameworks pertaining to the risk and control environment. Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line business partners and support the business to establish and strengthen a highly effective internal control environment across a broad range of stakeholders and activities.

Promote a 'risk aware' culture across the business. Build strong relationships with leaders and senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor, providing high quality consulting and guidance on risk matters, including coaching on 'best practice' to aid 'self-identification' of risks (existing/ emerging), process and control gaps and/or weaknesses. Design, implement and maintain appropriate frameworks to manage and/or mitigate risk, including the recording, tracking, and escalating (where appropriate), of risks identified to senior management through relevant governance structures and fora.

Oversight of Top Risks, issues (self-identified, Internal Audit and Compliance Monitoring) and associated action plans. Work with key stakeholders to ensure robust action plans are in place and delivered timely. Facilitate and oversee issues extensions and risk acceptances in line with the enterprise process. Responsible for the development of MI reporting across UKPI with a focus on early identification of emerging risks and supporting timely and informed decision making to address.

Experience of Financial Services (ideally investment / asset management). Exposure to Governance & Risk Reporting.

Salary of up to £95,000. 30% bonus. Profit share. 10% non-contributory pension.
