We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our EMEA leadership team as Head -Financial Control & Finance Operations.
Reporting directly to the CFO EMEA, this role combines ownership of financial control, treasury governance, shared services leadership and finance transformation across a diverse multi-country operation.

Description
- Financial Control & Governance: Leading the financial control function for EMEA, ensuring timely reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage continued transformation and growth
- Shared Service Centre Leadership - based in India and occasional travel will be required
- Drive operational excellence across R2R, Order to Cash, treasury, AP, Payroll
- Treasury, banking & Controls
- Working capital and cash performance management
- Finance Transformation & Process Excellence
- Supporting commercial support and business partnering through financial insight and analysis
Profile
A successful 'Head Of Financial Control And Financial Operations' should have:
- Strong experience in financial control and financial operations.
- Qualified accountant
- International and Shared Services or Global Business Services model
- The ability to review financial information carefully and identify issues.
- Experience of maintaining accurate financial records and processes.
- Confidence in improving finance workflows and ways of working.
- The ability to explain financial information clearly to colleagues.
- A practical approach to managing priorities within an Accounting & Finance function.
Job Offer
- Permanent Head of Financial Control and Financial Operations role offering full remote working.
- Salary of £85,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
