Lead and optimise end‑to‑end digital marketing across multiple channels to drive growth, engagement, and ROI. Manage a small team, oversee strategy and execution, and use data and innovation to continuously improve performance.

Description:

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Lead social media (paid and organic) campaigns across key platforms.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns, including budgeting, optimisation, and testing.
  • Drive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Manage email marketing and CRM to improve retention and customer value.
  • Guide content strategy and ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns using data insights.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Identify and adopt new digital trends, tools, and innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and brand guidelines.

Profile - About You:

  • Currently working in Consumer Healthcare, B2C Pharma or FMCG (MANDATORY).
  • Proven experience leading multichannel digital marketing strategies (MANDATORY).
  • Strong track record of delivering growth, ROI, and performance targets.
  • Hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRM.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
  • Confident team leader with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and commercially focused approach.

Job Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of £70,000-£85,000 (DOE).
