- Plan, implement and prioritise data-led commercial initiatives, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and adapt marketing strategies to enhance performance.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels, including the executive team.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
- Develop and implement omnichannel media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of media trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns and drive results.
- Work with external suppliers (PPC, SEO and affiliate agencies as well as copywriters and content producers). Key digital channels you’ll take ownership of are SEO, Paid and Email.

- Proven track record of boosting performance across SEO, Paid Channels and email.
- Team management and supplier management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
