The key responsibilities for the Head of Data Analytics will include:
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives.
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and reports.
- Partner with teams in marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams to translate data and insights into actionable strategy.
- Generate reports that help to drive ROI.
- Act as Data Champion for the business - driving adoption of BI tools across teams.
- Oversee data collection, cleansing, and analysis processes.

Profile
A successful Head of Data Analytics should have:
- 8+ years experience in a data and/or analytics focused role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
- Team leadership experience.
- Exposure to working in a PE-backed environment is highly advantageous.
