Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate meetings & prepare agendas.
- Act as the main point of contact for the CEO, managing communication and correspondence effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office by handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on key projects.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
