An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading business and Michael Page have been exclusively retained to lead the search. Following recent investment, the organisation is entering a new phase of expansion, creating a pivotal role for a Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Description

As Group FP&A Manager, you will act as the strategic connection between finance and operations, ensuring business decisions are supported by robust financial analysis, forecasting and performance insight.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Partnering with senior operational leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable financial outcomes.
  • Delivering monthly performance analysis against forecast, including variance analysis, cash flow forecasting and KPI reporting.
  • Producing consolidated Group management reporting for senior leadership.
  • Providing commercial insight and recommendations to improve growth, profitability, margins and cash generation.
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
  • Driving improvements in reporting, planning, controls and performance management processes.

Profile

You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business. You'll have strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

  • Annual salary of Β£70,000 - Β£75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
