Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end committee and meeting processes, including agendas, packs, and governance documentation.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
  • Coordinate resolution circulation and maintain accurate records of decisions.
  • Maintain committee calendars, annual schedules, and governance timelines.
  • Act as a key liaison between committees, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements.
  • Handle committee correspondence and respond to internal queries professionally.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, minutes, resolutions, and governance materials.
  • Support corporate governance framework implementation, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Manage corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and maintain secure, well-organised governance records.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
