Description:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
- Act as a point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and meeting outcomes.
- Maintain and organise confidential documents and records.
