We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple international markets.
This role will be responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from manufacturing through to customer delivery, while driving operational excellence across planning, inventory management, logistics and third-party partnerships.

Description Lead the end-to-end supply chain operation across multiple international markets, ensuring service, cost and operational performance targets are achieved.
Ensure product availability is aligned with demand forecasts while balancing working capital and customer service.
Lead supply chain network optimisation, including capacity planning, distribution strategy and future growth initiatives.
Own inventory strategy and stock integrity, ensuring optimal inventory levels, robust controls and accurate reporting across multiple distribution locations.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), driving strong performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive improvements across supply chain processes, systems and ERP platforms to support scalability and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export requirements and inventory governance across international markets.
Deliver meaningful operational reporting and performance insights to support business decision-making.
Build, mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Profile A successful Supply Chain Lead should have: Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations within FMCG, consumer goods, food & beverage, or other fast-moving environments.
Strong knowledge of international supply chain operations, including planning, inventory management and logistics.
Experience managing Suppliers, Co-Packers and third-party logistics providers; driving supplier performance through KPIs and service reviews.
A solid understanding of inventory optimisation, stock control and supply chain planning principles.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance service, cost and operational efficiency.
Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally across multiple business functions.
Previous people management experience with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
A continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing process improvements and operational change.
