Description
Standardizes, defines and owns the process, such that there is (or will be) a single version of the truth, ensuring data is visible, accurate, accessible, credible, timely and complete
Process mapping , process monitoring and process improvement.
Ensuring the process is leaner, and more efficient and cost-effective
Streamlining process improvement initiatives through opportunity identification and initiative Prioritization
Collaborates with product owner to digitally enable the process and drive improvement
Responsible for ensuring the process outcomes are defined and have specific value metrics.
Monitor user compliance.
Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for usersProfile
Experience in payroll outsourcing companies (bureau/accountancy)
Managed a medium-to-large team delivering payroll services across multiple clients or countries.
Strong payroll knowledge across multiple countries
Many years of experience as a payroll specialist, with at least 2+ years managing a team of payroll professionals in payroll outsourcing or payroll operations
Preferably SAP payroll
