As a Global Leadership Development Specialist, you will:
- Support the design and delivery of global leadership programs
- Review all existing leadership offerings and programs
- Design new leadership programs
- Develop leadership behaviour and competency frameworks
- Lead on job analysis and understand what other career opportunities competitors are offering
- Partner with senior stakeholders
- Facilitate new workshops with good presentation skills
- Provide psychometric profiling for leaders to aid their development
- Provide coaching to leaders
