Michael Page is partnering with a global engineering organisation to recruit a Global HR Shared Services Manager. You will lead a global HR services delivery function supporting around 5,000 employees, driving efficiency, standardisation and a best-in-class employee experience.
Reporting to the Global Head of People Operations, you will coach a high-performing team, embed continuous improvement, and partner with regional HR teams and centres of excellence to execute transformative HR.
