A new opportunity for a Global Head of Internal Communications has arisen, based in Berkshire. This role will be responsible for leading and managing internal communication strategies with a global business; ensuring employees are informed, engaged and aligned with business priorities, transformation initiatives and company performance. You will partner with senior leaders to drive employee engagement, leadership communications and organisational change.
The successful Global Head of Internal Communications will:
- Design and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft messaging that supports organisational priorities.
- Oversee the development of internal campaigns to enhance employee engagement and understanding of company initiatives.
- Manage communication channels and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure alignment of internal communications with external branding and marketing efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders on communication-related matters.
A successful Global Head of Internal Communications should have:
