- Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Advising employer clients on complex workplace and HR issues
- Handling Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy where appropriate
- Supporting business development activities and client relationship management
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members on projects and matters
Profile
- A solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in employment law
- Experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and contentious employment matters
- Confident advising employer clients on complex HR and workplace issues
- Commercially aware with strong drafting and client management skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
- Experienced in supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues
- Excellent client management and communication abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
