Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and email management.
  • Coordinate and manage HR-related activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate correspondence, and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and other tasks as directed by senior management.
