Description Prepare, review and organise commercial property documents to keep matters accurate and ready for progress. Maintain clear electronic and paper files, ensuring key correspondence and documents are easy to retrieve. Draft routine legal correspondence and transaction documents under appropriate guidance. Coordinate document signing, completion paperwork and filing requirements across property transactions. Liaise with clients, legal representatives and third parties to obtain information and keep matters moving. Track key dates, outstanding actions and transaction stages to support timely progress. Carry out property-related searches and collate results for review within each matter.
