The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the human resources team within the retail industry by ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes and services. This permanent position in Gillingham requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
To maintain an accurate Staff List, providing accurate data with regards to Post Holders and current vacancies.
- Preparing offers and contracts of employment and collecting required documentation at offer stage.
- Co-ordinating the onboarding process to ensure that all new employees attend a Company Induction.
- Maintaining accurate HR records on the Company's HRMS with employee information and necessary documentation.
- Administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
- Ensuring that compliance is achieved with regards to the checking and recording of Right to Works, Driving Licences and DBS checks.
- To liaise with the Management Team to ensure completion of Probation Reviews.
- To monitor and assist the Management Team with sickness and absence management.
- To ensure that site Communication Boards are maintained with accurate information.
- To conduct Exit Interviews with all Leavers to obtain an accurate record of the reason for leaving.
- To assist the Management Team with notetaking.
