As a German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator in Blackburn, you'll play a key role in assisting customers within the industrial and manufacturing industry, ensuring their queries and orders are handled efficiently. This position involves providing excellent service in German and English, helping the business run smoothly and delivering a high standard of customer care. Client Details An organisation in the industrial and manufacturing sector based in Blackburn. Description Respond to customer enquiries in German and English via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Process customer orders and manage any changes or updates efficiently. Organising delivery of goods for all orders and communicating with transport companies and warehouse team. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction. Manage multiple orders and ensure deliveries are on time. Provide product information and support to customers as required. Handle complaints professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups. Assist in improving processes to enhance the customer service experience.Profile A successful German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator should have: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken. Experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors. Experience with sales order processing and experience using SAP. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Job Offer Salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience. Annual bonus opportunity.
