This is a FTC role for 12 months to support one of our biggest clients with their German accounts. Your role will be to support in all areas of Accounts Receivable, query resolution and some basic analysis. Key above all is fluency in German, so if you have some basic experience in a finance related role but would like to know more, please apply.

This company is a global enterprise and has been a trusted name in household and consumer goods. They operate on a hybrid basis and have a large shared service centre with a great reputation for staff retention. They have plenty of parking on site and also easy access via public transport.

Key for the Reading based German Accounts Assistant will be to assist with:

  • Creating and sending invoices to customers for goods or services provided.
  • Recording payments received and updating customer accounts.
  • Following up on overdue payments by sending reminders or contacting customers.
  • Keeping accurate records of all transactions and filing documents.
  • Working with the finance team to ensure all incoming payments are tracked properly.

Full training and support will be given, providing you speak fluent German.

To be considered for the German Accounts Assistant, you must be on less than a month's notice and fluent in German.
