The FTC Strategic Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting mergers and acquisitions of this global business, supporting on financial due diligence, building robust valuation models, supporting investment papers, and advising on deal structuring and financing arrangements within a fast-paced environment. Description:

  • Financial due diligence and evaluation.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Business case & Investment paper creation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Financial modelling.
  • Deal structuring and finance, ensuring transactions processes run efficiently.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and transaction structures.

Profile: A successful FTC Strategic Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Significant experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or transaction services.
