Description
- Supervise and manage backshift operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
- Report progress and any issues to senior management as required.
Profile
A successful Front Line Manager - Backshift should have:

- Sunday - Thursday (Sunday: 12pm-9pm | Mon-Thurs: 3:00pm-12:00am)
