A newly created FP&A Manager role has arisen in a newly acquired, private equity backed Travel company based in North West London

Client Details

Michael Page Finance are exclusively partnering a newly acquired Travel organisation based in North West London.

The business is an established Travel and Leisure company with a turnover of circa £100m. It is a hugely exciting time to join the business as they look to grow both organically and via acquisitions over the coming years. With nearly a century of providing luxury, sustainable and bespoke travel experiences the group have grown significantly in recent years and looking to evolve and diversify their offering.

As part of the growth they are looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to build out the function, support the leadership team and will be pivotal in transforming this international organisation.

Description

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for:

  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and operational teams
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes across the group
  • Manage the consolidation of financials for multi-currency subsidiaries
  • Support the year-end audit process and ensure compliance with reporting standards
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance
  • Oversee bank covenant filing requirements

Profile

The successful FP&A Manager will ideally be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with circa 3-5 years post qualified experience
  • Ideally looking for a first or second move from practice or experienced with FP&A through industry
  • Strong excel and modelling skills
  • Able to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Able to set up process and reporting from scratch

Job Offer

A competitive salary based on experience £80,000-£90,000 plus package included 3 days hybrid working in office.

This is a high visible role and an opportunity to experience a private equity backed environment.
