Michael Page is seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead the growth strategy for the UK and Irish Retail Market. You will drive revenue, coach a high‑performing team of National Account Managers and develop strong relationships with key customers, retailers and strategic partners. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will align with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to sharpen forecasting, pricing and promotional activity, while identifying new routes to market and ensuring profitable.
