- Deliver step change across all finance aspects, restructuring if required.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and financial risk.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and commercial decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls such as reporting automation and cycle-time reduction through collaboration cross-functionally.
Profile:
- Shipping industry experience highly desired.
