As Finance Systems Lead, you will act as a trusted business partner, leading system enhancements and supporting strategic initiatives across finance and the wider organisation.

Description:

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of finance systems to align with business requirements.
  • Acting as a key finance business partner across multiple functions.
  • Leading and developing forecasting tools (Anaplan), driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining and enhancing BI and analytics platforms (including Power BI).
  • Supporting the implementation of modern data platforms and reporting solutions.
  • Delivering financial modelling, scenario analysis, and long-range forecasting.
  • Providing financial input into data and AI strategy initiatives.
  • Supporting M&A activity, including integration of forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Partnering with international teams to support global reporting requirements.

Profile:

  • 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a finance systems or FP&A-focused role.
  • Strong Power BI and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Experience working with forecasting tools (e.g. Anaplan) and ERP systems.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into insight.
