Description
- Manage and oversee all financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
- Support senior leadership by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Oversee payroll and ensure timely payment of staff and suppliers.
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare for audits as required.
- Contribute to grant applications by providing relevant financial information.
Profile
- Proven experience in financial management (not for profit experience would be desirable)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
