Finance Manager

My client are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional and will be responsible for managing budgets, reporting, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Description

• Manage and oversee all financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
• Support senior leadership by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee payroll and ensure timely payment of staff and suppliers.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare for audits as required.
• Contribute to grant applications by providing relevant financial information.

Profile

• Proven experience in financial management (not for profit experience would be desirable)
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
