- Month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations
- Support preparation and analysis of the P&L
- Budgeting and forecasting, including cashflow management
- Assist with audits
- Oversee payroll responsibilities
- Mentor the wider AP/AR team and support the FD on ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial performance
Profile:
- Qualified or Part-qualified
- Experienced in management accounts and day-to-day accounting
- Strong excel skills with knowledge of accounting software
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of hotel accounting is essential
