The Finance Manager will oversee finance operations in a high-volume hospitality business. This is a broad operational finance role with focus on running the day-to-day alongside ad-hoc reporting and analytical work to support the FD as the business grows.

Description:

  • Month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations
  • Support preparation and analysis of the P&L
  • Budgeting and forecasting, including cashflow management
  • Assist with audits
  • Oversee payroll responsibilities
  • Mentor the wider AP/AR team and support the FD on ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial performance

Profile:

  • Qualified or Part-qualified
  • Experienced in management accounts and day-to-day accounting
  • Strong excel skills with knowledge of accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of hotel accounting is essential
