Description

  • Deliver financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes in Customer services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise organisational performance.
  • Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Support the preparation of annual reports and other financial documentation.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in the Social Housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Homemasters system.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
