Description
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes in Customer services.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts and reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise organisational performance.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Support the preparation of annual reports and other financial documentation.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in the Social Housing sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Homemasters system.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
