The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience within the not-for-profit industry or similar sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• A proactive approach to identifying financial risks and opportunities.
