We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join an exciting business near Hounslow. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making, provide financial insights and ensure financial integrity within the organisation.

Description
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance on decision-making
- Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations within the organisation

Profile
A successful ‘Finance Business Partner’ should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. QBE will also be considered.
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication and collaboration ability
- Experience with data integration tools like Power BI
- Good understanding of balance sheets
Job Offer
