A chance for a candidate to join a professional business in their billing department. This role is initially a 6 month FTC however has scope to become a permanent role.
My client is a professional business with an exclusive client base. Due to internal changes they require a billing assistant to join their busy accounts team. This role will initially be for 6 months, but could become a permanent role.
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Raising client bills
- Analysing the WIP
- Raising the bill and sending emails to customers
- Liaising with stakeholders to maintain the client services
- General maintenance of data
- Assisting in the month end reconciliations
- Liaising with credit control to process credit notes, invoices and write offs
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be able to work in Leatherhead and commute to the Leatherhead office min 3x per week
- Have worked within a professional services environment
- Be a clear communicator
- Have strong system skills
- Have knowledge and an interest in accounts/billing
