We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of a Permanent Finance & Operations Director at a renowned Children’s Hospice, based in East London. The successful candidate will lead our Finance, HR & Facilities Departments, ensuring stability and strategic growth.

Description
- Lead the Finance, HR & Facilities Departments, ensuring stability and strategic growth
- Develop and implement strategies in line with the hospice’s goals
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing
- Ensure compliance with financial & HR regulations and standards
- Facilities management and procurement responsibilities.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board and stakeholders
- Work closely with other department heads to optimise performance
- Manage risks and opportunities
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the HR, finance & facilities teams.
Profile
A successful Permanent FD should have:
- A qualification in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Non Profit Sector
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Experience with facilities management and procurement
- Ownership of a HR function
- Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on financial growth
