Description Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Oversee invoice processing and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS and cheque payments. Monitor and manage aged creditor balances, ensuring compliance with company policies. Support the wider accounting and finance team with month-end and year-end processes. Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function.Profile A successful Accounts Payable Manager should have: Proven experience in accounts payable or a related role within the accounting and finance sector.
