Facilities Coordinator required to work on a state of the art vehicle conditioning centre in Coalville. Client Details Facilities Coordinator required to work on a state of the art vehicle conditioning centre in Coalville. Description You will assist the Workplace Manager in monitoring service standards for Security, Cleaning, Catering, M&E/Maintenance, and other suppliers. You’ll check daily to ensure all service providers meet their SLAs and KPIs, including the adherence to risk assessment, method statements are reviewed, permit to works including hot works are issued and adhered to. You will assist with developing key supplier relationships, participate in reviews, and help develop supplier briefings and new Requests for Proposals. Additionally, you’ll understand industry best practices and the best ways to procure goods and services. You will support the Workplace Helpdesk function, coordinate workflow, and respond appropriately. You’ll oversee ‘Move’ and ‘Change’ requests, including furniture orders and installations. Regular building inspections will ensure the building is in good condition, with defects reported and tracked until resolved. Profile Previous experience in a Facilities / Maintenance Coordinator role Exposure to various disciplines, including building and equipment maintenance, security, catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and post room operations. IOSH / NEBOSH certification would be advantageous Experience working with external contractors and suppliers, monitoring their service standards, and working to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Excellent written and oral communication skills enable you to interact effectively with people at all levels.
