An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive PA to join a market leading Legal firm, out of their Leeds office. The successful Executive PA will facilitate Partner workload, through strong administrative support.

Our client is a global law firm, who are looking for an Executive PA to join their team.

Description

Duties of the Executive PA:

  • Managing schedules, including diary management and coordinating appointments.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of Partners.
  • Organising meetings, booking venues, and arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Partners.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met through effective task prioritisation and planning.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.

Profile

A successful Executive PA should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar PA role within a legal firm.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
