An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive PA to join a market leading Legal firm, out of their Leeds office. The successful Executive PA will facilitate Partner workload, through strong administrative support.

Description
Duties of the Executive PA:
- Managing schedules, including diary management and coordinating appointments.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of Partners.
- Organising meetings, booking venues, and arranging travel and accommodation.
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately.
- Providing general administrative support to the Partners.
- Ensuring deadlines are met through effective task prioritisation and planning.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
Profile
A successful Executive PA should have:
- Previous experience in a similar PA role within a legal firm.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
