Description
- Site Sourcing & Acquisitions: Research potential acquisition opportunities and development sites. Review planning history, local market data and demographic trends. Carry out site viability assessments and support investment decision-making. Assist with off-market opportunities and vendor engagement. Analyse local demand and identify areas suitable for future acquisitions.
- Asset & Estate Management: Support the management of a UK-wide portfolio of properties. Assist with tenant liaison and day-to-day estate management activities. Support compliance monitoring and property inspections. Help maintain accurate property records and portfolio data.
- Business Development Support: Assist with identifying new operators, tenants and property opportunities. Support relationship management with key stakeholders and external partners. Help prepare reports, presentations and management information. Contribute to growth initiatives and strategic projects across the business.
- Administration & Analysis: Provide administrative support across the team. Maintain databases, property records and reporting systems. Prepare management reports and portfolio updates. Support process improvements and the implementation of new systems and technology. Assist with AI-led research initiatives to improve site sourcing and planning analysis.
Profile
A successful Estate Management Assistant should have: Experience in property or estate management roles. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills for liaising with tenants, contractors, and team members.
