Description:

  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on property prices, market conditions, and strategies for buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants and answer any questions related to the property.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote properties through advertising, social media, and networking to attract potential clients and generate interest.
