Description:

  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the UK, North America and Australia
  • Oversee payroll processing through ADP, ensuring strong data integrity and system accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with all local payroll legislation, tax and statutory requirements
  • Review and approve payroll inputs including starters, leavers, changes, bonuses and benefits
  • Own payroll controls, reconciliations, reporting and audit readiness
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across People, Finance and external providers
  • Support month-end and year-end processes, including reporting and submissions
  • Identify and implement process improvements and standardisation initiatives
  • Act as the go-to expert for payroll queries and legislative updates

Profile:

  • Proven experience in a global / multi-country payroll leadership role
  • Strong technical knowledge of payroll operations, controls and compliance
  • Experience managing complex payroll environments across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across HR and Finance
  • Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
