You'll partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality people service.

We're supporting a leading financial services organisation in the search for an ER & Operations Lead. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a multi-site business while helping to shape and enhance the people function.

Description

  • Acting as the lead contact for complex Employee Relations matters
  • Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases
  • Overseeing people processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks
  • Supporting risk, compliance and regulatory activities, including SMCR requirements
  • Analysing people data and trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience

Profile

  • Strong Employee Relations background
  • Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Partnering
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous
  • SMCR experience would be beneficial

Job Offer

  • Salary up to Β£53,000
  • Hybrid working (50% office based)
  • Solihull location with free parking
