  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Support managers in handling disciplinary and grievance cases effectively and professionally.
  • Support in driving continual process improvements.
  • Look at trends amongst the ER cases.
  • Offer advice on performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases.

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong experience with ER - namely grievances.
  • Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong letter writing skills and confidence to operate autonomously.
  • The ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and employees.
  • Experience working within the leisure, travel & tourism industry is a plus.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
