An Education organisation is looking for an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to join on a permanent basis to focus on inclusive recruitment. The role is based in London.

The Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will:

  • Focus on inclusive recruitment to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
  • Have a strong focus on outreach to build relationships and partnerships with organisations to increase diverse talent.
  • Develop a strong EVP and employer branding to increase market reputation and promote being an employer of choice.
  • Embed inclusive recruitment and wider employment practices.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Provide support and training to help attract and retain diverse talent.
  • Develop wider staff on best practice and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Support on employee matters including wellbeing, inclusion and belonging.
  • Contribute to the implementation of an EDI action plan / roadmap.
  • Design and implement EDI initiatives.
  • Evaluate recruitment methods.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Use data and feedback to inform decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Identify patterns and trends to develop actionable insights.
  • Develop toolkits to embed inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Deliver induction and staff training.

A successful Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor should have:

  • Experience working in an academic setting desirable.
  • Experience of developing inclusive recruitment methods to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
  • Experience working in the Recruitment or Diversity and Inclusion space.
  • Able to start from August.

Job Offer: Permanent position with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
